HOT or COLD ?

Dear woman who's still on their diet program i don't suggest you to read this section because now I want to talk about DESSERTS *so exciteddddd*. Dessert is definitely the biggest temptation for every humans on earth. when there's a dessert on the table, even though you already said "I'm not gonna eat that food, I'm on diet I'm on diet" but they're like calling you saying "eat me, try me, just a little bit, it's ok" and then you just need to wait until you unconsciously will take a fork and eat them ALL! I'm gonna share what i call 7 biggest sins for my diet, here they are:

who could resist chocolate? especially this Chocolate Lava Cake! By the time you put it in your mouth and all the texture from that cake become one you will feel how delicious this cake is. the softness, sweetness, and the melting chocolate from the hot chocolate lava cake will definitely ruin your diet.
why does creme caramel always turn out looking like this little beauty? awww. Creme caramel is a classic french dessert. Creme Caramel is a custard dessert with a layer of soft caramel on top, as opposed to crème brulée. this dish is eaten throughout the world from Latin America, Cuba, Philippines, Vietnam, and even Japan.

now let's move on to the special traditional dessert originated from Japan. it's called Dango. Dango are related to mochi in that both are made from glutinous rice flour.  Dango, however, tend to be dense, sticky, and not stuffed with fillings.  The version shown here is boccan dango, colored with red beans, eggs, and green tea. I love how they present this dessert. they have so many different colors from pink to green. It will make me want to it more and more.

Pavlova is one of the Australian desserts which is loved by everyone who ate it. Pavlova is a meringue-based dessert named after the Russian ballet dancer Anna Pavlova. It is a meringue with a crisp crust and soft, light inner. I love the presentation of this dessert i love how contrast the color they use, white as the meringue and the red color from the raspberries that they use as the toppings.

one of the favorite desserts from Indonesia is Klepon. Klepon is a traditional Javanese food, which now still exists through modern era. You can still find it easily sold at many traditional market. Like many other Indonesian sweets having fresh grated coconut as its garnish. This dessert made from glutinous rice flour (tapioca flour also works well), stuffed with thick syrup made from brown sugar, and dressed with fresh grated coconut. from the first bite and when the brown sugar pop out from the rice ball you could feel the deliciousness from this dessert. FYI, 1 klepon won't be enough for you because of the small size they offer.

can you tell how to stop eating this little hazelnut chocolate cookie sandwiches? In the Piedmont region of Italy, the duo of chocolate and hazelnuts flavors all kinds of desserts. Serve these sweet little cookie sandwiches with after-dinner espresso. those cookies seem sinless but it'll give you addiction and will slightly adding more fat to your body. wuwuwuwuuw

desserts aren't complete without chocolate souffle. Souffle is a light baked cake made with egg yolks and beaten egg whites combined with various other ingredients and served as a savoury main dish or sweetened as a dessert. we could enjoy souffle with either ice cream or even baileys. definitely a must try dessert!

 "stressed spelled backwards desserts"
